Highlights:

• Prohibits local governments from enforcing any antidiscrimination policies that expand on state law (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes the attorney general to seek injunctive relief against any local government that violates the state's antidiscrimination policies (Sec. 1)

• Authorizes anyone involved in business or who owns property within the limits of a local governmental entity to bring civil action if the local government fails to follow the state’s antidiscrimination policies (Sec.1).

• Specifies that this act is effective July 1st, 2026 (Sec. 3).
