Title: Authorizes Commercial Farmers to be Awarded Legal Fees for Defending Against Bad Faith Complaints
Vote to pass a bill that authorizes commercial farmers to be awarded legal fees for defending against complaints made in bad faith under the "Right to Farm" Act.
