Vote to pass a bill that establishes the Michigan National Guard member benefit fund.

Highlights:

• Establishes the Michigan National Guard member benefit fund in the state treasury (Sec. 3).

• Specifies that money in the fund at the end of the fiscal year remains in the fund (Sec. 3).

• Specifies that the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is the administrator of the fund, and must expend money from the fund on appropriation to support the following acts or programs (Sec. 3):
