Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that authorizes a utility to satisfy the requirement to provide aggregated energy use data to the owner of a covered building by providing the data in an alternative system or tool approved by the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission.
Defines benchmark as obtaining information on energy use in an entire building for data to be compared to other buildings (Sec. 1).
