Title: Requires State Employees to Work In-Office
Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that requires all state employees, with certain specified exemptions, to work in the office of their employer in Wisconsin.
Requires each state agency to require its employees to perform their assigned duties at the offices of that agency during the employee’s regularly scheduled work hours (Sec. 1).
Specifies that this requirement does not apply to telehealth services or duties that were performed off site before March 1, 2020 (Sec. 1).
Specifies that this Act takes effect on July 1, 2025 (Sec. 2).
