Vote to pass a bill that authorizes Michigan law enforcement to administer roadside oral fluid tests.

Highlights:

• Amends the definition of "preliminary oral fluid analysis" as to be administered by peace officers instead of certified drug recognition experts (Sec. 36d). 

• Expands the category of permitted blood tests as to include all bodily fluids (Sec. 319b).

• Specifies that certain aforementioned provisions shall take effect 90 days after enactment or upon enactment of related legislation (Sec. 1-2).
