• Appropriates billions funding for the fiscal year 2025 state budget in California to provide spending support for the following, including, but not limited to (Pg. 1-313, Sec. 1-99-50):

• Tax cut for military retirees;

• Universal pre-kindergarten for all;

• Expanded before school, after school, & summer school;

• Free school meals for all kids;

• Game-changing literacy & reading investments;

• Building more housing as soon as possible;

• Lowering drug costs;

• Expanding medication abortion access with CalRx;
