Title: Repeals the Prohibition on Sunday Hunting
Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that repeals the prohibition on Sunday hunting in Pennsylvania.
Requires written permission to hunt on a Sunday (Sec. 3).
Repeals the prohibition on Sunday hunting (Sec. 4).
Expands prohibited private hunting area to include private property marked by purple paint on trees or posts, in accordance with criminal trespass code (Sec. 6).
Specifies that violations of trespassing code are a summary offense of the second degree and may result in forfeiture of the privilege to hunt for up to one year, or three years if the offender has been personally ordered to leave by the land owner (Sec. 6).
Specifies that a second or subsequent violation of trespassing code results in forfeiture of the privilege to hunt for five years (Sec. 6).
