Vote to pass a bill that requires counties that approve emergency detention for a minor to transport the minor to the detention facility in Wisconsin.

Highlights:

• Specifies that if a minor is approved for emergency detention, the county that approves the detention is responsible for transportation of the minor to the emergency detention facility (Sec. 6).

• Authorizes counties to contract with a law enforcement agency, ambulance service, or third party vendor for transportation of a minor to an emergency detention facility (Sec. 6).
