Title: Prohibits Local Governments From Hosting or Funding "Obscene" Performances
Vote to pass a bill that prohibits local governments from hosting or funding "obscene" performances and authorizes individuals to sue a local entity they believe violates the language in Indiana.
Specifies that the provisions of Indiana Public Law 115-2023 shall apply retroactively (Sec. 1).
Amends existing references to the possession of child pornography to include the possession of child sex abuse material (Sec. 2-15).
Exempts from prosecution individuals who promptly and in good faith notified law enforcement of explicit content depicting children and/or individuals did not transfer such content (Sec. 10).
Prohibits governmental entities from organizing, hosting, and funding obscene performances (Sec. 12).
Authorizes individuals to seek injunctive relief should a governmental entity violate the aforementioned prohibition (Sec. 13).
Specifies that an emergency shall be declared for this act (Sec. 16).
