Vote to override a veto of a bill that amends leadership requirements and duties for positions within the Oklahoma National Guard.

Highlights:

• Amends Military Department of the State of Oklahoma code to assign forces, headquarters, officers, enlisted personnel, and civilian employees to the Adjutant General in addition to the Governor as Commander in Chief (Sec. 1).

• Requires appointed Adjutant Generals to have colonel rank or higher and have served in the Oklahoma National Guard for at least eight years (Sec. 2).
