  • Requires the development of educational materials on artificial intelligence systems to promote the responsible use of the systems and awareness of the risks and benefits of their use, as well as explain consumer rights in relation to the systems (Sec. 5).

  • Establishes a Public Sector Artificial Intelligence Advisory Board to assist state agencies in the development, deployment, and use of artificial intelligence systems (Sec. 5).

  • Requires the Attorney General to establish a web page that allows individuals to report a complaint relating to artificial intelligence systems (Sec. 5).

  • Requires state agencies and local governments that deploy or use an artificial intelligence system that is public-facing or is a controlling factor in a consequential decision to include a notice on all related applications, websites, and public computer systems (Sec. 5).
