Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that requires Oklahoma hospitals to make public a list of standard treatment costs and specifying that such lists must clearly outline a treatment's gross charge, minimum and maximum negotiated charge, and discounted cash price.

Highlights:

• Requires hospitals to maintain a list of all standard charges for hospital items or services specific to each location of that hospital (Sec. 3).

• Specifies that the required list must include the following (Sec. 3):

• A description of each hospital item or service provided;

• The gross charge, the discounted cash price, and payor-specific negotiated charges for each individual item or service; and

• Any code used by the hospital for purposes of accounting or billing.
