Title: Prohibits Chain Restaurants from Using Disposable Foam Containers
Vote to pass a bill that prohibits restaurants with more than 10 locations from selling, preparing, providing, or transporting food or beverages using disposable foam containers and establishing civil penalties for violations in Nevada.
Prohibits food dispensing establishments with 10 or more locations in Nevada from selling, preparing, providing, or transporting food or beverages using polystyrene foam containers (Sec. 3).
