• Prohibits individuals from acting as a canvasser unless he or she (Sec. 1):

• Is a resident of the state of Arkansas; and

• Lives in the state of Arkansas while acting as a paid canvasser.

• Prohibits individuals acting as a sponsor or an agent of a sponsor from knowingly hiring another individual as a paid canvasser who (Sec. 2):

• Is not a resident of the state of Arkansas; and

• Does not live in the state of Arkansas while acting as a paid canvasser.
