    • The victim is a student between the ages of 16 and 20 and engages in sexual intercourse with an employee of their school who is over the age of 18;

    • The victim is under the age of 19 and engages in sexual intercourse with a foster parent; or

    • The victim is a secondary school student, is enrolled at an institution of higher education, and engages in sexual intercourse with an employee of the institution of higher education.

  • Specifies that an individual may not be convicted of rape on account of sexual intercourse with anyone 16 years of age or older, unless the person was more than four years older than the other person at the time of the act (Sec. 2).
