• Requires and mandates that the state employee group benefit plans and the Montana University system group benefits plans provide health insurance coverage for standardized, evidence-based behavioral and mental health screenings and assessments (Sec. 1).

• Requires these screenings and assessments to utilize a standardized, evidence-based instrument at no out-of-pocket cost to the insurer or subscriber (Sec. 1).
