Vote to adopt a conference report and pass a bill that appropriates funding for the Illegal Fireworks Task Force and extends the sunset date to 2030 in Hawaii.

Requires that the task force shall submit an interim report on the status of its comprehensive strategic plan, including findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation, to the legislature no later than 20 days prior to start of the legislative session (Sec. 2).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect and apply retroactively to July 1, 2023 and shall be repealed June 30, 2030 (Sec. 5).
