Title: Prohibits Collective Bargaining Agreements for Employees
Vote to indefinitely postpone and table a bill that prohibits the use of collective bargaining agreements to require employees to join or contribute to labor unions in New Hampshire.
Prohibits the use of collective bargaining agreements that require employees to join or contribute to labor unions in New Hampshire (Ch. 273-E, Sec. 1).
Specifies that employers found to have violated these provisions shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and receive a fine of no more than $1,000, a 90-day prison term, or both (h. 273-E, Sec. 2).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Ch. 273-E, Sec. 3).
