• Prohibits the use of collective bargaining agreements that require employees to join or contribute to labor unions in New Hampshire (Ch. 273-E, Sec. 1).

• Specifies that employers found to have violated these provisions shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and receive a fine of no more than $1,000, a 90-day prison term, or both (h. 273-E, Sec. 2).
