• Establishes and provides for the standardization, consolidation, and publication of data relating to public outdoor recreational use of Federal waterways among Federal land and water management agencies (Sec. 2-6).

• Defines “Federal Land or Water Management Agency” for the purposes of this bill as the following, including (Sec. 2):

• The Bureau of Reclamation;

• The National Park Service;

• The Bureau of Land Management;

• The United States Fish and Wildlife Service; and
