Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that amends and reauthorizes through Fiscal Year 2028, and revises several conservation programs for wildlife species and their habitats.
Amends and reauthorizes through Fiscal Year 2028, and revises several conservation programs for wildlife species and their habitats, including (Sec. 2-8):
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program; and
Programs that provide financial assistance for
African elephants;
Asian elephants;
Rhinoceroses;
Tigers;
Great apes; and
Marine turtles.
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the President (Sec. 8).
