Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that authorizes property owners to ask sheriffs to remove those who are unlawfully occupying the requestor's property if certain conditions are met in Oklahoma.

Highlights:

• Authorizes property owners or their authorized agents to request assistance from the sheriff from where the property is located for the immediate removal of unauthorized occupants under certain conditions (Sec. 1).
