• Amends penalties for light and high-profile vehicle closures in Wyoming (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that who willfully fails to observe any sign, marker, warning, notice, or direction placed for closure to light and high profile vehicles or other weight-based closures is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction (Sec. 1):

• Be subject to a fine of $1,000 with a potential 30-day prison sentence for a first offense; and 

• Be subject to a fine of $2,500 with a potential 30-day prison sentence for a second and subsequent offense.
