    • Repealing subject matter experts from the building code council, including:

      • Active fire service experts;

      • Coastal experts;

      • Local government officials; and

      • Public at-large membership.

  • Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect January 1, 2025 (Part V, Sec. 5.2).
