  • Rescinds resources from the Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Administrative Fund (Sec. 21). 

  • Appropriates $1 million for California Biodiversity Programs (Sec. 27). 

  • Appropriates $2 million shall be available for the City of Long Beach for improvements to Hudson Park. (Sec. 29). 

  • Appropriates $5 million from the California Drought, Water, Parks, Climate, Coastal Protection, and Outdoor Access For All Fund for Sierra Nevada Conservancy Purposes (Sec. 34).
