Title: Requires the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development Study Workforce Shortages
Vote to pass a bill that requires the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to study workforce shortages, workforce development and training availability in Connecticut.
Authorizes the attorney general to temporarily or permanently enjoin a restraining order to violate this act (Sec. 1).
Specifies that any person in receipt of an order from the commissioner or the commissioner's authorized representative for the production of books, records, papers or documents shall comply with the order not later than thirty calendar days after the date of such order (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the initial license issued by the commissioner to an appraiser for motor vehicle physical damage claims shall expire two years after the date of the licensee's birthday that preceded the date the license was issued (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the initial license issued to an adjuster of casualty claims shall expire two years after the date of the licensee's birthday that preceded the date the license was issued (Sec. 1).
