Vote to pass a bill that requires payment of prevailing wages for projects that are financed through commercial property assessed clean energy programs in New Jersey.

Highlights:

• Specifies that any direct financing provided by a capital provider for a C-PACE project "authority financial assistance" and work on the project undertaken in connection with the assistance shall be subject to the prevailing wage requirements of that section (Sec. 2).

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 3).
