Vote to pass a bill that amends the senior citizen and disabled citzen property tax postponement fund in California.

Highlights:

• Requires funding to be transferred, on June 30, 2025, and on June 30 each year thereafter, from the General Fund to the Senior Citizens and Disabled Citizens Property Tax Postponement Fund when the balance in the latter fund is less than $15,000,000 (Sec. 1). 

• Requires the amount of money transferred each year to be equal to the sum needed to bring the balance of the Senior Citizens and Disabled Citizens Property Tax Postponement Fund to $15,000,000 (Sec. 1).
