Highlights:

• Requires certain notices from education program sponsors in Michigan (Sec. 20904).

• Defines “education program sponsor” as an individual that meets the following standards of the Department of Education to conduct training at the following levels, including (Sec. 20904):

• Medical first responder;

• Emergency medical technician or specialist;

• Paramedics; or

• Emergency medical service instructor-coordinator.

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 20904).
