• Specifies statewide resources and information regarding the safe storage of firearms, child access and firearm violence prevention, and information regarding county and local laws and regulations related to child access prevention and the safe storage of firearms (Sec. 1D). 

• Establishes public awareness of safe storage of firearms (Sec. 1.3). 

• Requires the commissioner to develop and implement a public awareness campaign to educate the public on the safe storage of firearms and child access and prevention (Sec. 1.3).
