Vote adopt a conference report vote and pass a bill that prohibits ranked choice voting in statewide, county, local, municipal or school district elections in Mississippi.
Specifies that the Mississippi first primaries shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of August preceding any regular or general election and the second primaries shall occur 4 weeks thereafter (Sec. 1).
Specifies that runoff elections will be held 4 weeks after the first election (Sec. 1).
Prohibits ranked-choice voting for all elections in the state of Mississippi (Sec. 1).
