Highlights:

• Repeals previous benefits rate (Sec. 1). 

• Repeals previous statutes that an individual who receives or earns partial remuneration may not receive a total of benefits and earnings that exceeds 1-3/5 times his or her weekly benefit amount (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that For each eligible individual filing an initial claim on or after January 15, 2025, not more than 26 weeks of benefits or less than 14 weeks of benefits are payable to an individual in a benefit year (Sec. 1).
