• Appropriates billions in funding from the federal budget for the Department of Homeland Security costs and related agency expenditures for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, including, but not limited to (Title I-II, Sec. 101-254):

• Office of the Secretary and Executive Management;

• Intelligence, Analysis, and Situational Awareness;

• Office of Inspector General;

• U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement;

• Transportation and Security Administration;

• Coast Guard; and

• United States Secret Service;

• Specifies that the appropriation provisions in this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and signage into law (Title V, Sec. 552).
