Increases criminal penalties for protesters who disrupt and block traffic on any following locations in Louisiana, including any (Sec. 1):
Railway or railroad;
Navigable waterway;
Road, or highway;
Thoroughfare or runway of an airport.
Specifies that individuals found guilty of disrupting or blocking traffic shall be fined up to $750, or imprisoned for up to 6 months or both (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 1).
